Problem/Challenge
The previous Windows-based system was too complex, not user-friendly, and limited in accessibility. Inspectors needed a modern platform that could simplify report creation, organise inspection data, and make compliance reporting easier to manage.

Key Features
1. Super Admin Module
The Super Admin module is being designed to give full control over core system activities from one central dashboard.
Admins can manage inspectors, customers, roles, subscriptions, report questions, and system records without relying on local software or disconnected processes.
This module also supports dynamic report question management, allowing feasibility analysis questions and reporting fields to be modified directly from the admin panel.
2. Inspector Module
The Inspector module allows inspectors to create and manage report requests using structured data input.
Inspectors can generate Feasibility Analysis Reports, Property Inspection Reports, and Compliance Reports through a guided workflow that reduces manual effort and improves report consistency.
The module is also being built with functionality for contractor recommendations, fee management, photo organisation, dynamic pricing calculation, and report generation.
3. Automated Report Generation
The platform is being developed to help users generate structured reports quickly and accurately.
Instead of building reports manually, inspectors can enter inspection details, upload or organise images, complete required report sections, and generate downloadable reports through the system.
This improves reporting speed, reduces formatting errors, and gives inspectors a more reliable way to manage compliance documentation.
4. Photo & Data Organisation
The system includes functionality for capturing and organising inspection images in a structured sequence.
Inspectors can manage photos across multiple categories, helping ensure that inspection details are properly documented and easier to review.
